Blue Calcite Sphere

Blue calcite is a beautiful soft blue stone, and is a form of calcium carbonate. It is a fairly common component found in limestone. Calcite is sometimes transparent or translucent. It can be found in several different colours including blue, green, orange, white, pink, and others. It is a beautiful stone, which may form in a pattern reminiscent of wispy clouds on a warm summer day.
